Established in 2020 as a food truck where midwestern cuisine meets southern soul, we have grown to so much more since then. Our delicious food paired with a commitment to meeting and exceeding international standards compliance guidelines and culinary and project management expertise certifications have positioned us to serve our customers in many ways. We not only feed you from our beloved truck, but also through concessions, private event catering, and most recently, as a food service contracting company with the ability to serve thousands of meals at a time with proven quality, taste, and service.
