  • We give quotes and determine pricing of dishes and services based on many factors at the present time. Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders that require specialty delivery/drop off will incur a delivery charge. Standard delivery starts at $25 and is contingent upon mileage and order size.

  • All food truck booking fees are due at the time of reservation.

  • We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH payments.

  • All orders of 75 people or more, please place a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. All other orders may be placed up to 1 week in advance.

  • Yes, we are insured through StateFarm.

  • Yes. Though we do not work in an “allergy-safe” kitchen, we are happy to accommodate dietary and allergy-related requests to the best of our abilities. It is the client’s duty to notify us upon booking of any known allergies, and the client’s duty to notify guests of any potential allergy hazards.

We are proud to collaborate with esteemed local institutions like the LSU AgCenter Food Innovation Institute, FOODii, to manufacture our Louisiana-certified product, Tre’s Street Sauce, for retail. We are committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products, where available, and prioritize sourcing the freshest ingredients from Louisiana, supporting our local economy and environment. the FOod Truck

  • Yes, all items are prepared so your guests can easily approach the truck and get their food! All items are served in traditional to-go boats with individually wrapped utensils.

  • We will coordinate timing with you based on your event flow and budget. We are happy to provide food throughout the entirety of your event, or for a portion of your event.

  • We have a generator, and we are able to use electricity if you prefer to limit noise or if we will be parked in an enclosed space. A 12-volt hook up is required. Please let us know in advance if you prefer this option.

  • The menu is posted on our chalkboard. If the food is complimentary, prices will not be shown.

  • Our truck is 12ft by 8ft. We are happy to pull into any space we fit.

  • The truck features bistro string lights. Tables are available for a fee.

  • A flat booking fee of $300.00 for private events. Tips are always appreciated.

  • Our booking fee is 350.

    You may opt to provide food at no charge for your guests, in which case we will discuss your estimated guest count and budget to provide the best menu and quantity for your event.

    For events when guests will pay individually, we will get an estimate of expected attendees to ensure we have adequate inventory. We know not all guests will purchase.
